5. Accuracy of Translations

- Source document quality: The accuracy of any translation is dependent on the clarity, completeness, and accuracy of the original source document. Isela Bingham is not responsible for errors, ambiguities, or omissions in the source material.

While Isela Bingham maintains the highest professional standards, interpretation services carry inherent limitations that differ from written translation, and perfect word-for-word reproduction of spoken content cannot be guaranteed.
Parties relying on interpreted communication — including in legal proceedings, medical appointments, or educational meetings — are encouraged to speak at a measured pace, use clear language, and request clarification when needed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Isela Bingham and FluentLanguage.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
- Any translation or interpretation service provided;
- Reliance on any translated document or interpreted communication;
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in translated or interpreted content;
- Decisions made by courts, agencies, medical professionals, or educational institutions based on translated or interpreted materials;
- Any use or misuse of information provided through this website.
In all cases, the maximum liability of Isela Bingham shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Third-Party Reliance
Translation and interpretation services are provided for the benefit of the client who engaged the service. Third parties who rely on translated documents or interpreted communications do so at their own risk. Isela Bingham does not accept liability to any third party who was not a direct party to the service engagement.
9. No Warranty
All services provided by Isela Bingham are rendered on a professional best-efforts basis. No warranty, express or implied — including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement — is made with respect to any translation, interpretation, or other service provided.
10. Confidentiality
Isela Bingham treats all client materials, documents, and communications as confidential. Information shared for the purpose of translation or interpretation will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law. HIPAA-compliant handling is observed for all health-related documents and communications.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is already publicly available or that Isela Bingham is compelled to disclose by law or court order.
11. Errors and Corrections
If you believe a completed translation contains a material error, please notify Isela Bingham in writing within 30 days of delivery. Isela Bingham will review the concern and, if a material error is confirmed, will make reasonable corrections at no additional charge. Notification after 30 days, or claims regarding subjective stylistic preferences rather than substantive errors, fall outside the scope of this correction commitment.
12. Governing Law
This Disclaimer and any disputes arising from the services of Isela Bingham (FluentLanguage.net) are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California.
